Peter Eichberg joined the firm as President in 1972 bringing with him an extensive insurance background and broad range of executive experience. Once Peter joined his father’s business, he was instrumental in growing Eichberg Associates, Inc. into the Ten million-dollar business it is today. Peter specializes in most business line insurance which includes Commercial Liability, Workers’ Comp, BOP, Property and Earthquake coverage.

Peggy joined Eichberg Associates, Inc. in 1997 after many years in the Financial Services industry. Her primary duties include aggressive marketing and comprehensive analysis of employee benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, worksite benefits, and international group medical insurance; Executive/Key-man life insurance planning; Executive/Key-man disability insurance.

Having learned to walk in the hallways of Eichberg Associates, Inc., Erin is thrilled to be part of the management team in the company her grandparents started more than 50 years ago. Erin oversees the day to day operations of the agency as well as handling all of the agency’s finances working directly with clients, as well as carriers. With a varied background in theatre and American Sign Language, and a deep love of travel, she brings a wealth of life experience to her position here at Eichberg. Erin enjoys working with our clients to ensure a wonderful, personal experience with our agency. She prides herself on maintaining a positive work environment and family feel to the agency and can often be found decorating the office for birthdays and holidays.
Adam EichbergExecutive Vice President/Account Executive
Adam has been with Eichberg Associates, Inc. for close to 20 years. He stepped into the role of EVP in 2016 to handle the business aspects and facilitate client relationships of the agency. Adam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and became a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance agent/producer in 2004. Besides working as a corporate officer for the agency, Adam is an account executive servicing business and professional clients with all of their insurance needs including marketing with various insurance carriers, issuing of policies, putting together insurance proposals, and facilitating relationships between carriers and clients. His goal and commitment is to create value for his clients through quality service and professional knowledge. When not working Adam enjoys spending time with his daughter, Kenzie. Adam also loves playing softball and going to movies and concerts.
Jeremy EichbergCorporate Vice President/Account Executive
No longer new to Eichberg Associates, Inc., Jeremy has stepped into his roll as Corporate Vice President and moved on from processing paperwork to managing many accounts as an account executive. Jeremy also is responsible for building our paperless system which has improved the speed at which we are able to work and helps us to be a more environmentally conscious agency. He is enjoying working with and for all of his clients in providing the best quality advice and service that all of us at EAI provide to all our customers!
John is an experienced and knowledgeable Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance professional serving our clients by providing an innovative insurance approach. Mirna Clark joined Eichberg Associates, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager in August of 2018. She brings with her 10+ years of experience in the health benefits insurance industry. Her focus is on customer service and helping not only the client, but the clients’ employees, understand their benefits to fit their needs. Mirna is bi-lingual in both English and Spanish.

Anita joined Eichberg Associates, Inc. in 2005 after a long career in the medical services industry. Anita’s responsibilities include new hire enrollments and employee terminations, and premium processing and late-pay notifications. Anita also provides hands-on assistance for employees completing enrollment applications.
Senta MaloneAdministrative and Executive Assistant
Senta joined Eichberg Associates, Inc. in 2005. She is an invaluable asset to Eichberg Associates and performs important functions such as issuing certificates/evidences of insurance, ordering loss runs and endorsements, among other duties.
In 2016, Wil joined the Eichberg Associates, Inc. team after many years in the entertainment industry. He moonlights as a record producer and DJ and enjoys spending his time off with his wife and cats.
